All who join The Gleam Team must have a spirit that aims to bring the gleaming Shine! This defies any language or personality type - this simply comes from within and can’t truly be categorized; but through the work ethic, it can most assuredly be recognized.
The Gleam Teammates enter a home as a team but they divide and conquer. In order to provide a thorough and gleaming clean, all who enter a home under The Gleam Team name come with protocol and strategy as the blueprint. We clean with precision and we clean with efficiency. Each room has its own cleaning flow and specification outlined in our Standards of Operation Manual, and all Teammates are trained in this culture to bring a fast and methodical clean to a total home, room-by-room.
