Top-to-Bottom Clean
One Time Deep Clean Plan:
The Gleam Team prefers to perform a Deep Clean on all First-Time Clients - this allows your Clean Team time to get deep into the areas that have more-than-likely been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial Deep Clean, it is not uncommon for clients to switch to the Standard Recurring Plan - this plan then maintains the clean provided in the initial Deep Clean.
The Top-To-Bottom Clean can also be considered a Periodic Maintenance Plan; this clean encompasses those less-frequent but nonetheless critical chores: scrubbing, waxing and polishing, as well as more detailed maintenance in the surface areas not included in a Standard Clean (blinds dusted, window sills, etc.).
MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CLEAN PLAN
This is our most detailed Plan and usually takes more time than any other.
This Clean Plan is designed to turn the home someone once lived in to its original state and ready for new dwellers.
Moving can be a massive undertaking with so many minute details to keep track of and such volume of it to handle. Enter - The Gleam Team - allow us to take on some of the stress. Whether you are entering or bidding the space adieu, by adding The Gleam Team to your roster, you can hand over the cleaning duties that apply to your move and simplify the process.
New Construction Move-In Clean:
Once your dream home has been built, we come in and get you move-in ready - cleaned to Gleaming Shine just in time for you and/or your family to unpack and settle in.
THE STANDARD CLEAN PLAN
5 Fundamentals constitute the core of this (weekly/biweekly) maintenance session:
Dusting.
Wiping Up (Sanitizing/Disinfecting).
Sweeping.
Vacuuming.
Mopping.
This plan can be thought as a regular maintenance cleaning plan that upkeeps your Deep Clean for extended periods of time.
RESIDENTIAL EVENT CLEAN PLAN
Family get-togethers, dinner parties, weddings, showers, birthday celebrations and other residentially-based events are tons of fun to attend, but they can be a hand-full when it comes to hosting. Oh! Yes, the food prep or catering, the set-up, the party favors, the invitations (hmm, social media is positive for something after all…), and all the other things natural to party throwing, let the headaches commence!
